Expect that if you have an emergency that a qualified technician will be on site within 4 hours to resolve the problem.
Expect that the technician will be instructed by a live qualified help desk employee from our office with at least 5 years experience.
Expect that you will not have to babysit any of Horizon's technicians and that the work will be superior 100% of the time.
Expect that not only will your IT needs be met but they will be researched and alternate resolutions will be proposed.
Expect that if we do not know the answer to a question we will be honest, tell you so, find the answer and respond appropriately.
